The last Code adopted by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Bellmawr was the 1972 Code, adopted 3-16-1972 by
Ord. No. 4-72. In 1980, a new Borough Code was published, based on
the legislation in the 1972 Code. While the 1980 Code was never formally
adopted by the Mayor and Council, it was amended and supplemented
until 1993, The 1980 Code, as supplemented through 1993, served as
the basis for the Borough Code published in 2016. In order to assist
Code users familiar with the 1980 Code in the transition to the new
Code's organization, the Derivation Table in this chapter indicates
where chapters and articles of the 1980 Code have been included in
the 2016 Code, or the reason for exclusion. This Derivation Table
is provided for informational purposes only. |
