§ 500-9. Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey (1970) made a part hereof shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each violation. Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
