§ 450-25. Power to promulgate plan; contents.

The Mayor of Bellmawr, Chairman of the Bellmawr Water Department, shall be empowered to promulgate a Drought Water Supply Emergency Plan which shall include a listing of storage, backup supplies and interconnections; a listing of water use restrictions and a priority system whereby the restrictions are selected and implemented which shall be promulgated by duly adopted regulations of the Water Department; and a listing of proposed additional conservation measures to be instituted and a timetable for their implementation.
