§ 440-21.1. Parking in school drop-off zones prohibited.

A. 

Parking or extended standing on Bellmawr public school properties designated as "school drop-off zones" which are located on school property in the parking lot areas of the schools is prohibited. In addition, parking or extended standing is prohibited in the additional drop-off zone located along the same curbline. The prohibition will be in effect during all arrival and dismissal times while the schools are in session between the hours 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. while school is in session. The zones must have proper signage and painted lines on the parking lot designating the area as a drop-off and pickup zone.

B. 

Any motor vehicle operator who violates the provisions of this section will be fined $50 or may have his/her driving privileges suspended by a court of competent jurisdiction.
