§ 393-11. Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before the Borough of Bellmawr Municipal Court, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof. All fines collected for the violation of this chapter shall be paid over to the Municipal Court Administrator. Whenever such person has been officially notified by the Zoning Officer or his duly authorized representative, or by the service of a summons in a prosecution, or in any other official manner, that he is committing a violation, then each day thereafter that a violation is continued will or may constitute a separate offense in the Court's discretion and shall be punishable by a like fine and penalty.
