§ 337-4. License fee; nontransferability; term.

A.
The annual fee to be paid for a dealer of secondhand goods license is hereby fixed as provided by Chapter 210, Fees, and shall be payable to the Borough Clerk by January 10 annually.

B.
A license issued under the provisions of this section shall not be transferable and shall terminate on December 31 of the year in which said license is issued.
