§ 260-117. Site plan review required.

  • Prior to the issuance of any building permit by the Construction Official for any proposed land development or construction of any structure, including commercial, industrial, multifamily structures and residential development containing three or more units, or any land development requiring off-street parking area or off-street standing area for an excess of four vehicles, a site plan shall be submitted to the Planning Board for its review and action. A site plan may be submitted to the Zoning Board subject to the requirement of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law. An engineering review may be required for any proposed land development of fewer than three units of residential development at the discretion of the Construction Official.
