  • It is required that the owner or tenants of land shall keep all shrubbery, hedges and other plant life within 10 feet of any right-of-way and within 50 feet of the closest intersecting curbline to a height not exceeding three feet where the Police Department shall deem it necessary and expedient for the preservation of the public safety. If such determination is made, the owner or tenant shall be given written notice advising that the cutting must be done within 15 days. If the owner or tenant fails to cut the same within the time required, the Borough may cut such shrubbery, hedges or plant life and so shall certify.
