§ 234-2. Sunday games.

Hereafter it shall be lawful for any organization or association which is duly authorized by the Raffles Licensing Law or the Bingo Licensing Law and by § 234-1 of this chapter, referring to residency requirements for licensing, to conduct raffles or bingo games on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday." In accordance with the aforesaid statutes and section, proper provisions must be made to obtain such license for each applicant and event.
