§ 210-23. Records.

Refer to Chapter 352, Records, Article I, Access to Records. Fees for records shall comply with the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

A. 

Copies of any record:

(1) 

Letter size or smaller: $0.05 per page.

(2) 

Legal size or larger: $0.07 per page.

B. 

Borough Clerk: (§ 352-2)

Certification of public records, for each certification: $2.

C. 

Police Department: (§ 352-3)

(1) 

For furnishing any accident report that is picked up at the police station between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday:

(a) 

Letter size or smaller: $0.05 per page.

(b) 

Legal size or larger: $0.07 per page.

(2) 

For any accident report that is required to be mailed or delivered: $5.
