§ 210-20. Certificate of occupancy for rental units.

The fee for inspection of dwelling and rental units for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy shall be $100 for the initial inspection and issuance of the certificate of occupancy for each dwelling or rental unit inspected, and a fee of $75 for the third reinspection required.
