§ 210-16. Parks and recreation areas.

A. 

Big Timber Park; leaf composting and receipt of clean fill: (§ 317-13)

(1) 

Rate for receipt of clean fill:

(a) 

Tractor trailer (45 feet or longer): $20.

(b) 

Tractor trailer (40 feet to 45 feet): $20.

(c) 

Triaxle or tandem: $10.

(d) 

Dump trucks (three or five yards): $10.

(e) 

Pickup trucks: $10.

(2) 

Rate for clay:

(a) 

Tractor trailer (45 feet or over): $15.

(b) 

Tractor trailer (40 feet to 45 feet): $15.

(c) 

Triaxle or tandem: $15.

(d) 

Dump trucks (three or five yards): $15.

(e) 

Pickup trucks: $15.

(3) 

Rate for road excavation material:

(a) 

Tractor trailer (45 feet or over): $120.

(b) 

Tractor trailer (40 feet to 45 feet): $100.

(c) 

Triaxle or tandem: $55.

(d) 

Dump trucks (three to five yards): $30.

(e) 

Pickup trucks: $15.

(4) 

Any partial truckload shall pay the full truckload rate for such vehicle and load.

(5) 

The receipt of leaves and the sale of end-product composted material shall be charged at a rate to be set from time to time on a schedule to be promulgated by the Director of Public Works and posted with the Borough Clerk.
