§ 201-2. Environmental impact statement required.

The submission of an environmental impact statement to the Bellmawr Planning Board shall be required for any subdivision or site plan application that is determined by the Borough Engineer to:

A.
Be located in a critical impact area. A critical impact area includes but is not limited to stream corridors, streams, wetlands, estuaries, slopes greater than 15°, highly acid or highly erodible soils, areas of high water table and mature stands of native vegetation and aquifer recharge and discharge areas; or

B.
Have been previously subject to environmental contamination.
