§ 129-8. Hours of sale.

A.
No plenary retail consumption licensee shall sell or allow, permit or suffer the sale of any alcoholic beverage between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any weekday or between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on any Sunday. On New Year's Eve, the hour of 3:00 a.m. shall be extended to 5:00 a.m.

B.
No plenary retail distribution licensee shall sell or allow, permit or suffer the sale of any alcoholic beverages between the hours of 10:00 p.m. Saturday night and 9:00 a.m. the following Sunday or from 5:00 p.m. Sunday until 9:00 a.m. the following Monday morning. In years in which Christmas Eve and/or New Year's Eve falls on Sunday, the retail distribution licensee shall be permitted to remain open on that Sunday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
