§ 60-36. Applications.

  • Prior to engaging in development of any type regulated by the Borough of Bellmawr or the vacation, construction or structural alteration of any building, structure or portion thereof or the change in use of any building, lot or parcel of land, application forms in triplicate shall be obtained from the Borough Clerk, filled out by the owner or his authorized agent and filed in triplicate with the Borough Clerk. Each copy thereof shall be accompanied with such information as P.L. 1975, c. 291, and/or any applicable ordinance of the Borough of Bellmawr provides, but not less than a plot plan drawn to scale, showing the actual dimensions, radius and angle of the lot to be built upon; the exact size and the location of the building or buildings, structure or structures in its or their exact relation to the lot; and street lines (front lot lines). The Borough Clerk shall retain one copy, deliver one copy to the Building Inspector or Construction Official and, in the event that the application is one for development of the type referred to in Articles 8 and 9 of P.L. 1975, c. 291, deliver one copy to the Zoning Officer hereinafter provided for. The application shall contain such additional information not hereinabove mentioned as the Zoning Board of Adjustment may, by rule or regulation, prescribe and shall contain the name and address of the applicant and of the owner of the land; the exact nature of the development proposed; the name and address of the contractor, builder or person performing the work of the development; and the cost of the work.
